Why do you purchase used computers?

We have created this website to help keep our retail online store stocked with laptops and computers.  Bob Johnson's Computer Stuff has been in business since 1997 and is continuously purchasing used laptops and computers to resell thru our website.

How does the process work if I decide to sell my used computers to you?

Basically follow this procedure:

1. Send us an email or fax listing your equipment

2. We will respond with a quotation

3. Send the items and our quotation to our physical address listed in our quotation

4. We audit the items and issue payment in 7 to 10 days.  As long as items are as described.

How long does it take for payment to be sent?

Depending on how large the lot of equipment is 7 to 10 days after receipt of the items.

What type of used computers will you purchase?

We purchase most any used computers, laptops and servers.  However anything over 3 years old may not be of value.

Do you purchase just parts?

Yes,  We purchase laptop and computer parts subject to age and condition.
